TSC Jellyfish Youth Group

Next Jellyfish meeting is Sunday, February 2 at 3pm at TSC - 210 S 25th Avenue.

The Spectrum Center hosts a support group for LGBT and questioning youth and their allies/friends ages 13 to 18. This is a safe space for youth to discuss tough issues like bullying and coming out as well as celebrating their accomplishments and interests.

This group is led by two licensed counselors. See their information below:

  • Ashley Schramm, Ed.S., LPC-S, NCC, NCSC (she/her)

    Counselor

    Ashley Schramm is passionate about helping youth in the community. Mrs. Schramm has worked with children and adolescents for over ten years in the mental health field, eight of that in education. She has her Master's degree in Psychology Counseling, is a Licensed Professional Counselor, and is a National Certified Counselor. Mrs. Schramm also has her Specialist in Counselor Educator and is a National Certified School Counselor. She has been a co-leader for the Jellyfish Group for three years.

  • Trish Brix-Baskin, LCSW (she/her)

    Counselor

    Trish Brix-Baskin is a Licensed Certified Social Worker (also known as Licensed Clinical Social Worker) who works with middle and high school aged youth in schools and an outpatient clinic. She has been in the mental health field for over ten years and is passionate about the LGBTQ+ community and being an advocate for those who struggle to find their voice. She has her Master’s degree in Social Work and is a member of the National Association of Social Workers. She has been a co-leader of the Jellyfish Group for four years.
